BOMCA 10 organised Regional workshop on updating of the Agreement on Plant Quarantine Cooperation, which aimed to enhance intra-agency cooperation and information exchange among sanitary and phytosanitary agencies.
Specifically, it analysed and proposed recommended actions to the agreement concluded between the governments of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan in 2000.
