Customers wishing to apply for marketing authorisations for veterinary medicinal products from the Food and Veterinary Service of Latvia can and are encouraged to do so electronically.
The electronic submission procedure can be used for new marketing authorisation applications, variations, response documents, ASMFs etc.
Submissions for veterinary electronic applications must conform to the VNeeS standard. As of 1st January 2019 is mandatory submit new applications for CPs,DCPs, MRP and NRP in VNeeS format.
Electronic documentation can be submitted in the following ways:
Option No.1
• Via CESP

Option No.2
• Via Eudralink to the e-mail address vzr@pvd.gov.lv
Option No.3
Via the following e-mail address vzr@pvd.gov.lv validated with a secure digital signature (created using a secure digital signature formation method and confirmed with a certificate).
! Please use only one delivery option. Sending double submissions leads to confusion and delay processing of the application.
