#BOMCA10 hosted Regional workshop in Astana, Kazakhstan on elaboration of the primary training module for the new staff of agencies involved in phytosanitary and veterinary border controls (SPS).

Participants explored:

  • good practices from EU
  • training methodologies
  • innovative training tools in education

Experts from Latvia shared insights on effective training strategies for phytosanitary and veterinary border control staff.

As a result, participants developed proposals for primary training modules and recommendations for organising effective and high-quality training programs.
